Treat yo' self

Over the past week Josh has worked about 80 hours, which is unusual. (And thank goodness it's unusual!) Each day I got to see him for no more than an hour or two, and it was kind of a bummer. Finally yesterday, after working 27 hours in a row, he got to have a whole afternoon and evening at home. After he took a nap for a few hours, we headed out to the store to have a mini version of Tom and Donna's "treat yo' self" day on Parks and Recreation - we bought beer, soda, chips, chocolate, and magazines (okay, those were just for me!), and lounged around the whole evening and watched TV. We're also going to have a "treat yo' self" weekend, where we'll go out for a nice dinner somewhere and then buy Josh an iPhone. And maybe we'll find other stuff to splurge on too, because we really just like saying "treat yo' self" every time we buy something fun :)
