The weather has just been too hot to handle lately. Okay, so it's only been about 80 degrees for a few weeks, but compared to what we were getting a month ago, it's downright Saharan. Unfortunately, I think where I really excel at dressing is with layering, and that just can't be done in hot weather. So when the weather's just too hot to wear much at all, I always turn to lightweight vintage dresses with pretty patterns. Add some favorite shoes and a fun purse, and I'm done.
Dress: Village Merchants
Shoes: Jessica Simpson Dany heels from Macy's
Purse: thrifted from the antiques show at the Expo
Belt: free from aunt
Necklace: bought in China
Ring: ScanFair
I dont mind hot weather dressing. Actually, I'd like some more hot weather, please.

Yeah, I'm definitely not tired of the hot weather yet! I just wish I knew how to dress cuter when it's boiling hot :)
ReplyDeleteI prefer hot weather (and summer dressing, since I never seem to have enough sweaters to go with things)! This dress is absolutely lovely anyway, as is the whole look!
