It was unintentional that I combined leopard print and stripes for two posts in a row - I had forgotten about yesterday's post when I took today's photos. This look was inspired by this fun outfit of Lydia's. Since I was already wearing animal print, I decided to throw a few other creatures into the mix - my spider necklace and ant bracelet. And yes, the ant is real.
Striped sweater: Loft
Leopard print blouse: thrifted from Goodwill
Black faux leather skirt: H&M
Black tights: American Apparel
Black and brown wedges: Asos
Spider necklace: Bauble Bar
Watch: thrifted from Village Merchants
Ant bracelet: flea market
i can't even begin to say how much i love prints with stripes! and i love your wedges, too!
ReplyDeleteI love it! And i love that skirt. A real ant... is a little creepy... but ants and I have a mutual hatred.
ReplyDeleteHey, I get it - ants are kind of creepy! Would it have been less creepy if it was a beetle bracelet? Because that was my other option :)
DeleteAnts are creepy. I don't like the ginger ones, cause they sting/bite ! I ones fell in a nest... bleh! BUT I do like this outfit! leopard and stripes are best friends and you prove it once again! x
ReplyDeleteI would probably feel very differently about wearing that bracelet if I had ever been bitten by an ant!
DeleteYou prove that accessories make the outfit!! Love ur watch - what a find!!

I've actually got quite a few pieces of jewelry with insects in them like that bracelet, including necklaces and some earrings too.
ReplyDeleteI knew you'd have some bug jewelry :)
