Leopard and neon

These pants are one of my favorite clothing items. They're a little too big in the legs - I'd rather they were more tapered - but I don't mind that so much because the pattern is fun. And when worn with flats instead of heels they make me look a bit stumpy - but again, I don't mind too much. This was a casual outfit worn last week for some last-minute shopping before our vacation - Josh got new shoes, and I got a straw hat with a gigantic brim. (I hate wearing sunscreen on my face, so I needed something to shade it.)

(Oh, and in case you're wondering why there are photos from two different locations, it's because I whacked my forehead on a lamppost right before we took photos at my parents' house, and I had a big red mark on my forehead in all the full-length shots. So we re-took those on the roof when we got home.)

  1. even with bright color and wild pattern this look feels so neutral to me, haha. desensitized blogger eyes.
I think those pants would probably be an easy fix and since you wear them so much, maybe worth the few dollars if you got to pay someone to do it.

  6. Awesome blog! Do you have any hints for aspiring writers?
I'm planning to start my own website soon but I'm a little lost on everything. Would you propose starting with a free platform like Wordpress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I'm totally confused .. Any suggestions? Cheers!
